Guest Ratings & Reviews
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and the bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom had brilliant amenities, although the size was a bit smaller than other hotels I've stayed at in Tokyo. The service was top-notch with very helpful and polite staff. The location was convenient, close to both JR and Metro lines, although a bit further from Kanda station. The dining experience was decent, but sometimes you had to wait for food to be refilled in the dining room. Overall, a good value for the price.
The hotel is super clean with a wonderfully large and comfortable bed, great bathroom amenities, and products. The room is on the smaller side, so be mindful if you have a large suitcase. The tiny room is very cozy, providing all the essentials and more, making for a comfortable stay. The service is exceptional, with the staff being incredibly helpful, especially when I fell ill, assisting with translations for medications and directing me to a nearby clinic.
I had an overall pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were cozy and well-equipped, but lack storage space. The service was friendly, although there were minor issues with handling customer details. The location was convenient, just a short walk from public transport. The dining experience was unique but a bit complicated. Facilities were satisfactory, albeit with some room for improvement in certain areas.
